"Building of a skate roof over a flat one and repair and renewal of an existing cultural building - Tokachka village, Municipality of Krumovgrad"

The subject of the project offer is the building of a skate roof over a flat one and repair and renewal of an existing building in the regulated plot II, 6-th neighborhood from the plan of Tokachka village, Municipality of Krumovgrad. The existing building is build of a carrying wall from bricks. The outside walls are build of a 25 cm wall from bricks. The construction is preserved without obvious defects over it. The building is massive, from reinforced concrete - with a skeletal beam construction. The constructions on the floor are reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness over 12 cm. The vertical loads are taken by the columns and are passed to the foundations. The inside repair works foresee a refreshment of the paint, a cloth of a cracked plaster, the change of 2 wood doors with aluminium doors of the "anti-panic" type. The facade walls are processed with a polymeric plaster, which are foreseen to be painted and a plinth of a buchard. The wooden joinery will be replaced with an aluminium one, over 7 windows on the north facade. It is foreseen to be made a partly corruption and a masonry of the brick board. The reconfiguration imposes to be done facade changes. The existing roof is a flat one. It is foreseen the new build one to be a skate one, from a wood construction and with a coverage of bricks.
