"Repair and equipment of the existing material base of the Home social patronage - Krumovgrad"

The subject of the current project offer is the performing of a repair and the purchase of equipment for the existing material base of the Home social patronage - Krumovgrad. It is necessary to be performed some construction works in the rooms, which are used by the Home social patronage - Krumovgrad, located on the first floor of the building in the regulated plot I, 23 neighborhood of the detailed plan of the City of Krumovgrad. The mentioned rooms are intended for a dining room, a kitchen with places for cold and warm processing, a washbasin, corridors, an office, a kitchen, an entrance for loading and warehouses. According to the quantitative-value account are foreseen to be done some activities for loosing of the existing paint over the walls and the roofs, walls plastering and roofs plastering and their painting, as well as a repair of the aspiration system. It is foreseen as well the existing wood doors to be changed. All of the construction works are described in details in the quantitative account, which is an inseparable part of the current project offer. Beside this, it is foreseen to be bought tables and chairs for the patronage, as well as an automobile for food delivery. According the provision of article 151, paragraph 1, point 1 from the Law on Spacial Planning it is not necessary the issuing of a building permit for the object, which is the subject of the project offer.
