Internal Reconstruction and Repair of a Part of Interior Space in Ivan Vazov Chitalishte, from Regulated Area IV - Chitalishte, from 19a, according to the plan of the town of Hissarya

Chitalishte "Ivan Vazov - 1904" Hisarya has been in operation for 115 years, 34 of which are in its current building. the chitalishte and its amateur guilds continue their active activity and seek opportunities to adapt to the needs of modern man and at the same time to continue to preserve and develop the cultural and social life of the city and the municipality. Some of the Chitalishte's objectives are: development and enrichment of cultural life, broadening the knowledge of citizens and their inclusion in the values ​​and achievements of science, art and culture. At present, infrastructure and physical environments do not offer the opportunity to perform the described activities so as to meet the modern needs of the residents. This project proposal provides for internal reconstruction on the second floor, including a reheating hall and its adjoining corridor, dressing rooms, offices, a staircase and a wardrobe in the size of 210 sq. M., Which does not affect the supporting main structure, but an extension of the rehearsal hall, renovation and repair of part of the interior spaces - corridor and make-up - refreshment of rooms, painting of walls and ceilings. A new floor covering and a special flooring to meet the modern requirements for such a type of rehearsal room is planned. Replacement of all lighting fixtures with ice lighting, replacement of electric panel, installation of electric heating convectors, mirrors and stacks. This project also includes the installation of a fire alarm system. The project will offer opportunities and opportunities for people with different social and material backgrounds to access better education and cultural activities. With its new equipment, the hall and its adjoining premises will make it easier for people with disabilities to work. All new finishing works for the premises are described in detail in the drawings.
