Reconstruction of sidewalks on Atanas Manchev, Benkovski and Septemvriytsi Streets in Sredets

The project "Reconstruction of sidewalks on Atanas Manchev, Benkovski" and "Septemvriytsi" streets in Sredets meets the requirements of procedure BG06RDNP001-19.168 "LAG Sredets - Submeasure 7.2" Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small-scale infrastructure ”from measure 7“ Basic services and rural renewal in rural areas ”, according to the RDP 2014-2020, from the LAG Sredets WMD Strategy. The activities are in line with the priorities of the Municipality of Sredets 2014-2020, namely: Objective 3: Integrated development of the municipal territory and its adequate infrastructure provision, Measure 2: Overall improvement of the municipal technical and business infrastructure. Sredets Municipality applied after the opening of the first invitation of LAG Sredets in February 2019 with a project: "Reconstruction of Atanas Manchev", "Benkovski" and "Septemvriytsi" streets in Sredets, but since the maximum financial resources for one project were not sufficient for the reconstruction of the sidewalks on the above streets, the submitted project proposal included only the replacement of curbs and laying of asphalt pavement on the street lane on the same streets. and a network and an urban environment including Atanas Manchev, Benkovski and Septemvriytsi streets. Construction activities include sidewalks on Septemvriytsi Street starting from the T-shaped intersection with Malchika Square in km. 0 + 000.00 and ends at “T” intersection with Atanas Manchev Street at km 0 + 167.12, with a length of 167.12 m. The design dimensions are in line with the existing sidewalk dimensions. The width of the sidewalks is variable from the curb to the regulation line. The transverse slopes in the section are 2.0% of the street lane.
