The meat processing plant has high-tech equipment and machines serviced by qualified personnel. With the help of this project, one of the technological constraints in the enterprise will be solved, related to the insufficient capacity of the available refrigerated vans, which are used both for the supply of raw materials and for the transport of finished products to commercial outlets. The investment under this project is aimed at the purchase of 2 new refrigerated vans, equipped with the latest generation of refrigeration system, which will increase the capacity of the company to supply finished products and will ensure the highest level of food safety. Another investment in the project is the purchase of a new vacuum packaging machine. The machine will be used for vacuuming and packing all types of sausages and minced meat and will meet the highest requirements for process quality and safe hygienic environment. The purchase of the new machine will increase the production capacity of the enterprise, and will allow to optimize one of the important production processes of vacuum and packing.
