Improving the competitiveness of Ghana 99 Ltd. by modernizing production.

This project is related to the purchase of: 1. Pasteurization plant kit consisting of: • Heat exchanger; • Permanent level pot; • Holding tank ; • Centrifugal pump ; • Upper and lower frames; • Pipe connections and fittings; • Non-pasteurized milk blocking system; • E-mail dashboard with control panel and backup device The heat exchanger is used for pasteurization of raw milk and will have a capacity of five tonnes / hour. The equipment will replace the previously used heat exchanger, which is tubular, cushioned, morally outdated and with a smaller capacity (three tons per hour). 2. Equipment including: • Surface contamination meter and EnSURE Touch product • NOCOSPRAY surface and air disinfection device • E-READER Reader inhibitor detection device
