„Repair, equipment and improvement of the adjacent spaces of “Hristo Botev” Primary School“, regulated plot of land IV.289, sq.10, Brestnitsa Village, Yablanitsa Municipality“, Stage 1

The goalof the project „Repair, equipment and improvement of the adjacent spaces of “Hristo Botev” Primary School“, regulated plot of land IV.289, sq.10, Brestnitsa Village, Yablanitsa Municipality“, Stage 1 is to provide a suitable and attractive environment for conducting a modern educational process and a better quality of life for the local population by improving the educational infrastructure in the village of Brestnitsa, Yablanitsa municipality. Within the framework of the project, on the basis of an approved investment project, the following activities will be carried out: thermal insulation of facades, drainage and cleaning of base, replacement of doors and windows, repair of metal grids in the basement, complete roof repair - gutters, replacement of metal fittings and roof linings, repair of chimneys, removal of the terrace of the northeast facade and construction of a new metal visor. The investment in the project will contribute to the improvement of the basic services for the population on the territory of Yablanitsa-Pravetz LAG. As a result of the implementation of the project, the quality of the educational service provided by the Hristo Botev Primary School in the village of Brestnitsa will be improved, better conditions for employment and quality of life for working parents from the village of Brestnitsa, whose children attend Hristo Botev Primary School will be created. The attractiveness of the educational infrastructure will be increased for 132 students, 14 pedagogical staff and 4 people non-pedagogical staff. The implementation of the project will make the village of Brestnitza with a population of 1131 people, a more attractive place for business and living, will stimulate the economic and social development of the settlement. Within the project framework activities for site and author's supervision, information and publicity and consultancy services related to project management will be carried out.
