Construction of a car service in UPI III - 110, 111, 112 - "Dolapski Bair" area, town of Sredets

This project proposal presents the investment intention of Toni-T Antoniy Dyulgerov ST for the complete construction (construction and equipment) of an auto repair service center in the town of Sredets, Sredets Municipality. The main objective of the project is the expansion and sustainable development of the non-agricultural activity of the enterprise by constructing an auto repir service center contributing to the improvement of the service sector, raising the quality of life and promoting employment on the territory of LAG Sredets. The investment under this project envisages the construction of a two-storey auto repair service center with a total built-up area of 222 square meters consisting of a main room for car repair, a reception hall for clients and administrative premises. For the realization of the overall car repair services it is envisaged the purchase of complex technological equipment, including machines and apparatus for providing wide-ranging repair services such as: repair of the mechanics of the vehicle; chassis repair; repair of the electrical installation; ongoing maintenance; repair of doors, windows, locks, etc .; assembly, disassembly and tire balance. The concept of the project proposal includes the introduction of innovative services, incl. mobile services on the territory of LAG Sredets. Following the implementation of the project, the applicant envisages the provision of "replacement car" and "mobile auto repair" services, which will contribute to improving the quality of life of the local community. The implementation of this project creates prerequisites for sustainable employment, contributing to the creation of two jobs that will be retained in the long run. The project duration is 16 months. The total eligible costs of the project amount to BGN 199 999.57.
