Construction of a complex with a restaurant, entertainment center, recreation area and resort-recreational activities

The project proposal is an investment plan for the construction of a complex with a restaurant,entertainment center,recreation area and resort-recreational activities.The complex is a new object of the tourist infrastructure of the municipality of Berkovitsa designed as a culinary establishment based on the traditions of the culinary heritage in the region.The complex will offer additional tourist services-organization of trainings,seminars,conferences,presentations,culinary events,organization of animation and themed activities for children.La Fabbarica Ltd. will also offer mobile services-catering for events outside the site.It is planned to organize and conduct demonstration culinary events together with local folk groups to present the culinary traditions of the region in the authentic atmosphere of recreated local customs.The object of the present investment is construction works for construction of a building with public service and upgrading of the adjoining property,furnishing and equipment of the site.The facility is designed in a multifunctional way, with the main hall combining the functions of a restaurant and conference room, and is equipped with a multimedia wall with screen audio visual presentations and other tools related to the possibility of holding seminars, conferences and other active events. Planned are an indoor and outdoor equipped playground for kids, as well as park areas in the yard. The building is designed to be easily accessible for children as well as for the elderly and vulnerable groups of the population. The realization of the project is an opportunity to overcome the necessity of investment support for the establishment of a new tourist site and diversification of the activity of La Fabbica Ltd., related to increasing the opportunities for sustainable progress and increasing competitiveness.
