The project proposal aims to improve the quality of learning environment of the primary school "Hristo Botev" located at the village of Dolno Botevo, Stambolovo municipality, in UPI I, 10th quarter of the village of Dolno Botevo, municipality of Stambolovo by overhaul of the school building , as well as implementing energy efficiency measures for building. The construction works are designed and will be carried out in accordance with the normative requirements of the Bulgarian legislation in accordance with the SDA (Spacial Development Act). There is a building permit No 10 / 25.07.2019, IV category issued on the basis of technical projects by parts: Architecture, Structural, Plumbing, Electro, FS (fire safety) and Energy efficiency accompanied by a conformity assessment, as well as a structural inspection report. As a result of public support for the implementation of the project, a long-term improved school environment for students and trainers will be provided, as well as the condition of a public building will be improved in the settlement - Dolno Botevo village, which is of great public interest. The building was built in the middle of the last century and is a one-story building with a basement partially hoed. The building is accessible from the central entrance of the eastern facade, and the western facade has a separate evacuation exit. The basement consists of four study rooms and six storage rooms. The first floor consists of seven study rooms, a computer room, a director's office, a teacher's room, a bathroom and a corridor connecting all the rooms on the first floor. The built-up area of ​​the school is 656.84 m2 and the total floor area is 1147.51 m2. The roof is sloped with non-heated air space, in particular four-sided wooden fins, planking and tiles. The roof is not thermally insulated. The ceiling plate is carat. The drainage is external and is carried out through gutters and gutters
