"Reconstruction of the square space with the construction of a new fountain in front of the building of the Municipality"

The land space in front of the building of Novi Pazar Municipality is amortized. The floorings are of gneiss and granite slabs. The fountain, located in the center, has been out of operation for over 20 years, using water directly into the canal, which is expensive for the municipality. The pavements are made of concrete slabs, highly compromised and damped. The project envisages the construction of a fountain - a water mirror with an area of 135 square meters and reconstruction of 1 125 square meters of the space around the water areas. The following types of works will be carried out: removal of existing fountains, pavements within the scope of the fresco project, including pavement slabs, steps, curbs of green areas, etc .; restoration of the green areas after correction of the pedestrian area in the terrain; making a new water mirror object consisting of three modules: two linear - measuring 7.50 / 6.0 m and 0.5 m depth and one central, with a diameter of 8.0 m. It will provide decorative lighting and jet spray jets; lining of pavement around fountains and seating elements; correction in the configuration of green and pedestrian areas; design and installation of seating areas around the recreation area; replacement of lighting fixtures; rehabilitation of available tree vegetation, etc. All pedestrian connections to the sites and pedestrian crossings to the Municipality building will be preserved. The renovation of the park space in front of the municipality will lead to the complex completion of the Largo space-wide axis. The central urban axis in Novi Pazar is the subject of an intervention from 2012 and its logical conclusion will be the renewed square space in front of the municipality. The implementation of the project enhances the quality of the urban and living environment, limits the risks, increases the security, attracts the region and improves the opportunities for development of the territory.
