The project proposal includes the purchase of music and stage equipment and other equipment, as well as 15 pieces of costumes for folklore ensembles at the "Yordan Yovkov-1946" village of Malak Preslavets, providing various cultural and information events. Chitalishte, as a cultural institution, pays special attention to amateur artistic creativity in order to preserve everything that sets us apart from other nations - the uniqueness of traditions, the richness of song creativity, the beauty of Bulgarian costumes and the rhythm of dance. The efforts of the Chitalishte leadership have always been aimed at preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the village. In this regard, the project envisages the purchase of stage and other equipment. With the purchased equipment in the Chitalishte building it will be possible to hold various cultural and informational events, during which the youth, residents and guests of the village will be able to draw on the spirit of the past and strengthen their national consciousness. One of the most important annual cultural events hosted by Yordan Yovkov - 1946 is the Water Lilies Festival. For its promotion, the project envisages the development of various types of information and advertising materials. The project activities will contribute to the preservation and development of cultural heritage, the revival of local folklore and the centuries-old history, traditions and way of life. This, in turn, will help to attract tourist flow and diversify employment opportunities accordingly and improve the quality of life.
