The project also envisages the creation of a new service of the Central Hotel - organization of tourist trips  Reconstruction of the heating system For the rooms, hallways, corridors and auxiliary premises are provided steel panel radiators type 22 with a height of 600 mm with the length indicated in the drawings, and for the bathrooms - aluminum / steel / heating ponds. Boiler installation In order to provide the necessary heat and cover the heat losses of the buildings, a boiler with a nominal capacity of 100 kW and a pellet burner is provided. Installation for domestic water heating with solar collectors /. The main needs for domestic hot water are satisfied by a combined boiler with a volume of 500 liters. with two heat exchangers enabling the recovery of energy from renewable sources / solar and heating systems /, located next to the boiler room. To heat the water in the combined solar water heater, a indirect circuit with flat solar collectors is used, the boiler also serves as an accumulator , and, if necessary, the additional heating of the domestic water takes place with electric energy or with heat from the firing installation. Organizing tours. In order to diversify the services offered by the company, we will introduce a service "Organizing tourist tours from the center of Elena (Hotel Central) to Drenta (Balkan Paradise Hotel) with a licensed mountain guide.
