Repair and measures to improve the energy efficiency of a town hall building in the village of Glavan

The main objective of the project "Repair and measures to improve the energy efficiency of a town hall building in the village of Glavan" is to improve the energy performance of the Town Hall building in the village of Glavan. In order to achieve this it is necessary to implement a package of energy saving measures, including thermal insulation of external walls, thermal insulation of the roof, replacement of doors and windows, thermal insulation of floors, replacement of light sources, supply and installation of autonomous air conditioners. The project envisages thermal insulation of external walls with thermal insulation material - 0.10 m EPS - F and 0.10 m XPS. The thermal insulation of the roof will be filled with mineral wool and XPS. A complete replacement of the existing windows with new PVC profiles is foreseen. Replacement of an external entrance door with a new aluminum window frames with interrupted thermal bridge and double glazing. A 50 mm heat-insulating material XPS for thermal insulation of a floor will be laid on a floor construction. The project envisages the design of a new electrical installation and replacement of the light sources. To improve the microclimate in the rooms will be delivered and installed autonomous air conditioners. All energy saving measures included in the project are prescribed as mandatory in the site's energy efficiency audit.
