"Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Persenk Street from 185, 91, 97, 27 to 115 in Borino village, Borino municipality"

The project was developed after identifying the needs of the population in order to improve the quality of life and their opportunities for preservation of the spiritual and cultural identity. People clearly identify the need for an improved street/road network. The access to the village Borino as well as the state of the street network are of utmost importance for the future development of the municipality. This project targets the following target groups: The population of the whole municipality; Tourists; Business in Borino municipality; The needs of the target groups are defined as follows: •Improving poorly maintained road infrastructure; •Reduce travel and transport times and the high dustiness of the area; •Increasing the attractiveness of the area and creating a normal environment for tourists; •Improving the living environment and retaining young, enterprising and well educated people in the municipality; •Improving the conditions for business creation and development. With the implementation of the project will be: •Improve the quality of the infrastructure, in particular, look at the environment of the municipality; • Improve the mobility of the workforce, ensure a good infrastructure for the business and create prerequisites for its development; •Improvement of the movement of vulnerable groups of the municipality population, incl. young people, women, people with disabilities, the unemployed and lonely people who have acquired the right to a pension; •Increase the level of development considerably •Upgraded technical infrastructure, which will affect the attractiveness of the municipality as a place to live in a good environment, will affect the retention of young people, create preconditions for activation of the economic microclimate and hence employment • Increase and ensure stable almost year-round tourism, expanding its interest to the natural landmarks and cultural monuments and traditions of the residents of the municipality
