Construction of production building - Metal workshop

The present proposal for the design of furniture and equipment for a production workshop (UPI - IV, quarter No38, Kapitan Andreevo village) of metal products from sheets and toe material with a production capacity of 2 tonnes of finished products per month. The project budget also includes expenses for general research engineers and consultants to develop the project proposal. The suggested investment will be made available to the applicant company for the purpose of new high-efficiency machines, such as 1 hydraulic acanthus DURMA PBF 30120 and 1 CNC coordinate table CNC PLASMA 1500/3000 with plasma cutting machine Plasma 75 Maximal, which will provide the opportunity to perform a wide range of metalworking operations and to carry out a wide range of metal products. The project involves the creation of permanent employment for 2 employees, who will be responsible for the production process, discussed in the current proposal, which will create sustainable employment in the region. To implement the current proposal, it is suggested the following: Activity 1: Execution of construction and assembly works for new workshop for metal products; Activity 2: Purchase of technological equipment for metal products - 1 piece DURMA PBF 30120 hydraulic bending machine, CNC coordinated table with plasma cutting machine Plasma 75 Activity 3: Consulting activities linked to project activities - fees for architects, engineers and business plan consultants. This aims to provide the customers quality delivered by the best production practices and methodologies.The implementation of the project will help the enterprise to create competitiveness and sustainable employment in the rural area in non-agricultural production.
