MUNICIPAL CULTURAL CENTER BYALA

The project envisages reconstruction and repair of existing municipal buildings and their transformation into a municipal cultural center located in the town of Byala. Construction works include the following groups of eligible costs: masonry, flooring, cladding, roofing, waterproofing, painting, carpentry, plastering, thermal insulation work, part construction, part electrical work, part plumbing, work under Heating and ventilation, works under Fire Safety. All premises are retained as the remodeling consists in the removal of internal non-bearing partition walls and the construction of new partition walls to separate the separate premises for the needs. The entrances are kept in the same place from the "Europe" square, to which the lobby is designed, one room with different corners organized, a dressing room, 3 pcs. warehouses, toilets for men and women, toilets for disadvantaged people and a music studio with a separate entrance on the south facade. Premises have been designed to provide a cultural and creative work environment under one roof of artists in various fields - cinema and photography atelier, IT area, industrial design laboratory, hand tools studio, 3-D modeling and more. In the northern part of the building are designed a lobby, one room with organized different corners, a storage room and a bathroom. As a result of the implementation of the project proposal we will have a completed stage, including reconstructed and renovated building, with separate premises for the intended purpose. The municipal cultural center will be equipped and put into operation. There will also be one job created.
