Purchase of a tractor

This project proposal is for the purchase of a tractor required to process the applicant's holding at the rate of 172 decares. The land for which the investment is undertaken is in the village of Svoboda. The main goal that the applicant wishes to achieve with the newly acquired technique, which is the subject of the present project proposal, is to improve the quality and technological characteristics of the agricultural products produced, as well as to improve the quality of the soil treatment, reduce the cost of production and decrease to minimum dependence on external service providers and weather conditions. The newly acquired technology will optimize the pre-sowing process, facilitate the sowing and germination of each crop, and improve yields, will allow production of better quality production to meet European quality standards, while reducing its cost. These accents are important for the applicant due to his intentions to expand his activity and increase his arable land. This project proposal includes the purchase of the following agricultural equipment - Tractor KUBOTA M5 091 - 1 with rated power 95 hp; The total net financial resource for realization of the investment is BGN 91 200, including VAT. The applicant is not registered for VAT. The assets will be purchased by Stoykovi Universe OOD, Aksakovo, with a preliminary contract for the purchase. To the investment should be added the amount for the elaboration of the project proposal amounting to BGN 2 736,00 made by Varna Casta EOOD, with which the total amount with which the application for financial support under the present project proposal amounts to 93 936.00 leva Kostadinka Simeonova Georgieva is applying for 50% financial support in the amount of 46 968,00 leva.
