Construction of a stage in the central square "Ivan Vazov" in the town of Kostinbrod

The project envisages improvement of the physical environment and the quality of life in the town of Kostinbrod through the construction of a new covered stage in the immediate vicinity of the central square of the municipal center. By providing a complex of construction and assembly works measures will improve the image of the city of Kostinbrod and will provide modern, sustainable and modern infrastructure, including safety and environmental protection, which is a prerequisite for improving the quality of life of the population and stimulating the attraction of new investments. Ensuring an accessible environment will create a level playing field for access to the urban environment and events of a different nature and the integration of disadvantaged people. Achieving the desired status will be possible through the following planned activities: 1) Stage building next to the main square. 2) Control over the construction process (building supervision and exercising of author's supervision) and acceptance of the site. The main result of the project will be a 13.20 / 10.75 meter permanent scene. Overall, the realization of the project will stimulate the development of the territory of Kostinbrod Municipality through renovation of a small-scale technical infrastructure and will be a prerequisite for new investments and preservation of the local identity. By building a modern facility for conducting public events, the population will be provided with services in the sphere of education, culture, physical culture, sports, recreation, etc. This will improve the environment and the quality of life in Kostinbrod and increase the attractiveness of the territory as a whole. The project will take place within 24 months. The implementation of the project activities, including the project management, will be outsourced, selected by the order of the Public Procurement Act (PPL).
