Development of an inter-block space in the neighborhoods between Tsar Simeon Street, Vasil Levski Street, Sokolov Kamak Street and Okolovrastna Street in Svoge

The project envisages improvement of the physical environment and quality of life in the town of Svoge through the improvement of the inter-block space in district 103, locked between Tsar Simeon streets, Vasil Levski street, Sokolov kamak street and Okolovrastna street.The implementation of a complex of construction measures will improve the appearance of the municipal center, provide a modern, safe, sustainable and modern urban environment and infrastructure, which is a prerequisite for improving the quality of life of the local population.The transport and performance characteristics and the load-bearing capacity of the pavement and road body will be increased in order to ensure traffic safety, improve travel comfort and ensure good drainage of the pavement, as well as the urban environment in the inter-block space. Ensuring an accessible environment will create a level playing field for access to administrative, health, educational and social services and for the integration of disadvantaged people. The installation of street lighting and road marking, as well as the construction of retaining walls and stairs, will guarantee the security of citizens. Achieving the desired status will be possible through the implementation of the following planned activities:1)Improvement of inter-block space in district 103 of the city district of Svoge between Tsar Simeon Street, Vasil Levski Street, Sokolov Kamak Street and Okolovrastna Street , including: construction of 4 new reinforced concrete retaining walls for the design of access road and parking between the blocks, staircase, street water supply and sewerage in the scope of the new alleys, asphalting of streets and alleys, road marking, refinement of m zhdublokovoto space and construction of street lighting.2)Exercising construction supervision and exercising copyright supervision in the execution of construction works related to the improvement of the inter-block space.The project will be completed within 18 months.
