"Reconstruction, repair, equipment and furniture of" Mladost "kindergarten, Chernoocovo village, Varbitsa municipality".

The project "Reconstruction, repair, equipment and furnishing of KG "Mladost", the village of Chernookovo, the Municipality of Varbitsa " is submitted for funding under Procedure BG06RDNP001-19.245 of the LAG "KOTEL, SUNGURLARE AND VARBITSA". Sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas is inextricably linked to existing infrastructure and the quality of services provided to the population. The shortage of investments for renovation of the public infrastructure and the inadequate quality of services offered (in terms of cities) is the main element that continues to expand the boundaries of socio-economic development between rural and urban areas in Bulgaria. These factors lead to a deterioration in the quality of life in the villages and jeopardize their ability to retain the population and attract investments, which puts them in a socio-economic decline. The project envisages repair works, introduction of energy efficiency measures, reconstruction of part of the premises, equipment and furnishing of the "Mladost" Kindergarten, village of Chernookovo, the Municipality of Varbitsa". In order to overcome some of these problems, the current project proposal of the Municipality of Varbitsa envisages the improvement of the existing educational infrastructure. With the renovation, equipment and furnishing of "Mladost" KG, the village of Chernookovo will significantly improve the quality of the educational services offered, will limit the disproportions in the territorial development and will prevent the depopulation of the region. Implementing energy efficiency measures will address the need to reduce energy and resource costs, in line with environmental priorities and sound financial management. The implementation of the project will ensure a level playing field and facilitate access to education for children of different ethnic backgrounds, including Roma, and will promote their social integration without discrimination.
