Development of the square space in the village of Ticha, Kotel, includes the space and the area located in Regulated Plot I - for a square in square 16 according to the plan of the village of Ticha, with boundaries - north UPI II-191 and UPI III-192, 193: east - UPI III-192, 193; Street; south - street; west - street and is in close proximity to the central part of the village /chitalishte and the town hall/. The implementation of the project will improve the attractiveness of the city and the quality of life, which will lead to new opportunities for economic and social development, promotion of social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development. Due to the poor condition of the pavements, the project does not provide for the utilization of existing ones. In one part there will be a zone for social activities (arbors from a modular group), next to them, to the south will be established a recreational square, located opposite the main entrance of the village community center. All these separate elements will be associated with appropriate rasterization of the pavement so they can be united. Pavements of medium-strength concrete pavements are foreseen, provided that their geometry is identical to that typical of the area. New parquet furniture will be installed - benches, waste baskets, parking limiters and more. Two fountains will be built for the architectural layout of the square. The project is based on the idea of improving the overall appearance of the village and highlighting the artistic and historical moment through the clearing of the environment, the provision of a pedestal (approach to the monument) and at the same time the attainment of modern functionality, which is a guarantee for sustainable, both functionally and as a secondary center.
