Hunting and fishing organisation "Glarus" is planning to build and equip a visitor center for presentation and exhibition of the local natural and cultural heritage in the village of Kozichino on an area of 120sq.m. The investment proposal concerns the following property: Building plot V-192 sq.60 in Kozichino village, Pomorie municipality. The investment idea includes the construction of a one-storey building, 8m away. from the street and 3m. from the southeast regulation line; building of parking spaces down the street and construction of an exhibition hall, glazed from the northeast and southeast, with the north side. Below the windows will be exhibited objects of local nature and ethnographic artifacts, photos of history, maps, etc. The project includes building of a sanitary unit accessible for people with disabilities and two storage rooms.
