Construction, reconstruction, repair and purchase of facilities for tourist attractions related to the local natural, cultural and historical heritage providing services for informative or educational purposes in Aheloy town

The present project proposal is for the construction of an open space/place/venue for cultural events with stage renovation and reconstruction in Regulated Land Property I-municipal, district 34, according to the plan of the town of Aheloy, Pomorie municipality. The project is aimed at promoting the development of the tourist infrastructure for public use by investing in small-scale tourist infrastructure related to the presentation, display and promotion of the local natural, historical and cultural heritage. By building an outdoor venue for cultural events with stage renovation and reconstruction on the territory of Aheloy town, a competitive tourist product will be created, with the aim of developing tourism and improving the tourist infrastructure, attractions and facilities for the visitors in the rural areas and promoting the cultural, natural and historical heritage that fully complies with Priority 3 "Sustainable tourism development, preservation and valorisation of the unique natural and cultural values ​​in Pomorie Municipality", Specific Objective 2 "Maximum utilization of cultural and natural heritage for the development of competitive tourism products" and Specific Objective 1 "Preservation and valorisation of natural and cultural values ​​in Pomorie municipality" from the Municipal Development Plan of Pomorie Municipality for the period 2014-2020. The main result of the project activities will be the creation of a wonderful venue for various cultural events such as day and evening concerts, children's events, performances, recitals and more. The implementation of the project activities will improve the attractiveness of Aheloy town and the quality of life, as well as will create preconditions for long-term and stable tourism growth on the territory of Local Action Group - Pomorie. The project investments will provide new opportunities for development of the cultural tourism, through repair and reconstruction of the stage for cultural events.
