"Reconstruction and repair of municipal educational infrastructure of local importance-Overhaul of kindergarten,located in Regulated plot XIV,square 16 under the Detailed Development Plan of the village of Krumovo and overhaul of the heating installation of Vassil Levski Primary School,located in UPI I,kv.50 according to the Detailed Development Plan of the village of Tenevo,Municipality "Tundzha"

The project combines reconstruction and repair of two buildings of municipal educational infrastructure of local significance including: 1. Overhaul of the heating installation of Primary School " Vasil Levski", in Tenevo village, Municipality Tundzha. The subject of this project is a repair of the heating system of the school building. There is a central water heating system with autonomous heat source. The distribution network is installed under the ceiling in the basement of the building. The school's heating is separated from the gym by collectors in the boiler room. The pipe network of steel pipes and radiators are in good condition. Two boilers are installed in the building. One is liquid fuel and some is solid fuel. The two boilers are in parallel in order to drop the liquid fuel boiler. Under the terms of reference, dismantling of the old solid fuel boiler and removal of the concrete base of which it is installed is envisaged. In its place is mounted a fuel boiler wood pellets on water heat carrier, set with electric automatic pellet burner, hopper, electric control panel and BDS protective devices. 2. Overhaul of a kindergarten in the village of Krumovo, Municipality of Tundzha. The present repair includes laying heat insulation on the façade and attic of the building, replacing the exterior and interior frames, removing the flooring in the wet rooms, partially wiping and replacing some finishes. The existing basalt flooring will be replaced with sanded concrete flooring. Replacement of internal and external plumbing sewer system, drainage system, gutters and drainage pipes are foreseen.
