Reconfiguration and reconstruction of existing buildings, from main and complementary construction type, for the Cultural Center "The House"

The project includes reconfiguration and reconstruction of existing buildings, from main and complementary construction type, for the Cultural Center “The House” in accordance with a prepared and approved technical investment project and issued building permit. Cultural Center "The House" is established with the aim to support and to develop cultural activities based on the cultural and historical heritage, history and traditions of the local communities from the territory of the LAG-Tundzha, as well as modern forms of cultural events related to cultural life in Tundzha Municipality. The mission of the Cultural Center "The House" is to become an independent and lively center of cultural life on the territory of the LAG-Tundzha, to stimulate civic participation and critical thinking in cultural activities as well as to help with the integration of vulnerable groups in the society through the means of culture and art. The project proposal is in line with the priorities and objectives of the Tundzha Municipal Development Plan for the period 2014-2020 and contributes to the achievement of the priorities and objectives of the Community-led local development strategy of the LAG Tundzha: Priority 2 Promoting Integrated Territorial Development, preservation and development of local identity and territorial significance; Specific objective 2.1. Creating favorable and attractive living conditions for the local population through investments in small scale infrastructure.
