Overhaul of an existing building attached to a stadium in the village of Golyamo Vranovo, Slivo Pole Municipality, Rousse District

The project proposal envisages major repairs of an existing building to a stadium, including: separation of sanitary and hygienic units / locker rooms, bathrooms and toilets /, separation of coaching rooms. The project proposal addresses the need to improve the appearance of settlements and build sports infrastructure. It contributes to the improvement of services for the population related to sports, as they are important for retaining the younger population. The renovation of the existing building next to the stadium will improve the appearance of the settlement and the infrastructure related to the provision of sports services. The project proposal also envisages activities and costs for elaboration of a technical project, author's supervision, construction supervision in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act. Activities for preparation and management of the project proposal, preparation and implementation of public procurement and conclusion of contracts with external contractors in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. The activities for elaboration of a technical project and preparation of a project proposal have been performed before the submission of the project proposal, at the stage of its preparation. The activities and costs envisaged by the project proposal are eligible according to the Conditions for application with project proposals for the provision of grants under this procedure through the selection of project proposals with several application deadlines. The activity of exercising author's supervision is assigned at the stage of preparation of the project proposal, together with the elaboration of an investment project.
