The current project proposal aims to improve the appearance of settlements and related infrastructure. The activities and costs envisaged by the project proposal are relevant to the conditions for granting financial aid under this Procedure. In order to achieve the objectives of the project proposal, the following activities are envisaged: 1. Preparation and conducting of procedures for awarding public procurements and concluding contracts with external contractors in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act. 2. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the street network on the territory of the town of Slivo Pole with three subprojects: 3. Preparation of technical and / or working design in the cases of construction and installation activities - the activity is performed at the stage of preparation of the project proposal; 4. Exercise of author's supervision; 5. Exercise of construction supervision; 6. Consulting services related to the preparation of the project - the activity is performed at the stage of preparation of the project proposal; 7. Implementation of services related to project management. As a result of the implementation of the project proposal, traffic safety and transport access to health / medical services will be improved. For 3346 residents of Slivo Pole, of which 57 people from vulnerable groups will improve access to public service buildings. The Declaration on Minimum Aid, Annex № 8 to the Conditions for Application has not been applied, as it does not affect trade with the Member States and the state aid regime is not applicable in: -exercise of public authority; -in activities that have entirely local impact - cultural, sporting events, infrastructure, etc.
