Repair and equipping of a playground in plot of land І, land number 61813.759.174, district 100, according to plan Razlog, Razlog municipality

The project proposal envisages the repair of a site of municipal sports infrastructure - an existing playground, delivery and installation of new sports equipment. The object of the intervention is "Multifunctional playground for football with small doors and volleyball, preservation of an existing fountain, construction of a playground and recreation area in PI 61813.759.174, sq. 100 according to the plan of the town of Razlog". The sports facility was built by the Municipality of Razlog on the basis of an approved "Technical project" and a building permit of the fifth category was issued. The commissioning is with Certificate No. 5 of March 22, 2012. The playground is implemented in a property of 1860 square meters, public municipal property. The location of the sports facility is within the construction boundaries of the town of Razlog, at Hristo Botev Street and near the Gipsy quarter of the city. The site has been used daily since it was put into operation for more than 7 years. Under the influence of meteorological conditions, and as a result of long-term active use for group sports activities, the site is depreciated and needs to be restored and renewed for certain elements that are physically unfit and already dangerous. The present project proposal envisages: dismantling of the existing artificial grass flooring / 503,3 sq.m /, respectively delivery and installation of new artificial grass flooring for multisport / 503,3 sq.m /; partial replacement and repair of existing fence; delivery and installation of lighting - LED floodlights 8 pc .; delivery and installation of football doors with dimensions of 3 m x 2 m, as well as related activities for the overall layout of the pitch and the site as a whole. The project is within the scope of eligible activity 4. "Construction, reconstruction, repair, equipment and / or furnishing of sports infrastructure" of measure 7.2. of the LAG-Razlog Strategy.
