The project was prepared in connection with the investment intentions of the Municipality of Razlog for the improvement of the sports base of the town of Razlog. The project proposal is for the construction of a new sports facility to be built on municipal property, and an investment project in the "Technical project" phase has been commissioned and prepared for it, which has been agreed and approved. A Building Permit has been issued. A procedure for notifying RIEW-Blagoevgrad about the investment intention was conducted and a positive opinion was obtained. The project proposal "Construction of a mini-football sports field in the Regulated Plot XLIII, PI 61813.752.324, square 14 according to the plan of the town of Razlog, Razlog municipality." Includes construction and equipment of a new mini-football sports field with an area of 924 square meters and its network enclosure - 768 square meters. Construction and delivery and installation activities include: Excavation of the upper soil layer at 40 cm depth Laying of crushed stone mass and its payment - 240 cubic meters Delivery and laying of artificial grass flooring 924 sq.m. Delivery and application of quartz sand filling. Delivery and filling of SBR rubber granulate. Supply and installation of knit fence - 768 sq.m. Delivery and installation of football doors with dimensions 300 cm x 200 cm x 100 cm for mini-football and 6 mm net of 100% PU. Delivery and installation of LED floodlights. As the total estimated value of the project is significantly higher than the maximum amount of grant for which the Municipality of Razlog can apply under the LAG-Razlog procedure, the activities are divided into two quantitative accounts - one applying for funding under the procedure , and second - at the expense of Razlog Municipality. Building an outdoor sports discovery will be freely available. The project will not generate revenue.
