Commissioning of a furniture manufacturing workshop

The project envisages the creation of a high-tech workshop for the production of solid wood furniture. The workshop will be located in Aytos, municipality. Aytos Region Burgas, namely: Two premises of 144 m² and 72 m², located next to each other and connected to each other, with separate entrance each one to the ramp of the north one-storeyed part of Main Building No. 1 located in the central part of RLE II - 307from 259, including one-storey part with area 6615 m² and total area 6615 m² and two-storey part - refrigerator with area 883 m² and total area 1766 m² or total area 7498 m² and total area 8381 m² The following will be purchased: - Format circular saw for wooden boards - 1 pc .; - Machine for cutting logs - 1 pc .; - Cutting digital machine for wooden boards - 1 pc .; - Ventilation filtration system - 1 pc .; - Pelletizing machine - 1 pc .; - Calibration machine for wooden boards - 1p .; - Polishing machine for wooden boards - 1 pc .; - Manual press for gluing wooden boards - 1 pc .; - Lathe for wooden boards - 1 pc .; - Grinding machine for wooden boards - 1 pc .; - Area for storage of finished parts before shipment; 4 new workers will be recruited. A pneumatic conveying installation is envisaged for the production, for trapping of the wood particles separated during the processing of the chipboard. For this purpose, a duct system will be installed connecting the woodworking machines in the cyclone and hopper plant outside the building. A compressed air installation is foreseen for the production. The design is provided with pipes and fittings made of polypropylene. The working time of the enterprise will be 252 days per year on one shift, with a working shift of 8 hours.  Selected technological equipment. meets the current standards and requirements of the companies in the industry.
