The project proposal envisages: In the vicinity of the northwestern entrance of the park to create a new space with a dry fountain and a playground. Based on the climatic features of the area (hot and dry summer), a dry fountain is planned to be built near the northwest entrance of the park. Lighting is also provided, which will further emphasize the overall idea of the fountain and make it noticeable to visitors and citizens of Hissarya. The dry fountain is planned to be supplied by the city's water supply. Around the fountain it is envisaged to set up a cognitive outdoor information center with mounted information boards with identification character, including the natural features of the municipality of Hissarya, flora, fauna, waters, climate, nearby tourist routes and trails, cultural and historical heritage.
