Bakery for the production of bread and bakery products

The project proposal is aimed at setting up a small production enterprise - a bakery for bread and bakery products in Yablanitsa. To date, the bread sold throughout the municipality and in part of the neighboring municipalities is provided (transported) by large producers from Sofia or other cities. The provision of bread and bakery products on the commercial network is very often only until noon and after noon can not be purchased. The quality of the bread delivered does not meet the expectations of the locals. Within the framework of the project proposal, construction works will be carried out on existing premises to meet the necessary technological and sanitary-hygienic requirements for food production. After the renovation, technological equipment for the production of bread and bakery products will be delivered and installed. The output will be sold at the place of its production. As a result of the investment, 9 new jobs will be created in an area with low employment, low income and a poorly developed production sector. Supply will be restored of high quality and varied local products that existed in the past, but the industrial production of bread has ceased.
