"Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the square and its adjacent streets in the village of Sadovets"

The area selected for reconstruction and rehabilitation is a separate informal second center of the village of Sadovets. Around it there is a bus stop and various shops. The place has established itself as a center of communication for the residents of the village of Sadovets. In the future it is envisaged to build a tourist information center near the square. The project aims to provide daily rest for the citizens and guests of the village of Sadovets and to improve the natural climate in the center by expanding the green system. The investment project "Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the square and its adjacent streets in the village of Sadovets" includes the following main activities: • filling of good quality soil and creating conditions for cultivation of different plant species; • flooring with concrete slabs of at least 30/30 cm in size; • grassing the treated area; • installation of park equipment; • reconstruction and rehabilitation of the adjacent streets; The property is in a separate informal second center of the village of Sadovets. Improvement of the area and its design as a square, but with added and enriched functionality and possibility of use is of particular importance for the citizens and guests of the village of Sadovets, in connection with making this second center a preferred place for recreation and entertainment. Improving the quality of living environment by expanding the green system is a prerequisite not only for improving the quality of life in the village, but also for its social and economic development. The reconstruction of the square and the installation of park equipment will contribute to the development of the village and will contribute to the implementation of part of the strategies and objectives for a quality environment, in accordance with the Municipal Development Plan of Dolni Dabnik Municipality.
