"Construction of sports grounds for street fitness in the villages of Bivolare, Komarevo, Bozhuritsa and Baikal, Dolna Mitropolia municipality"

The project envisages refinement of sports areas through the placement of street fitness playgrounds in four settlements in the territory of the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia. For each settlement, the project envisages the installation of a number of combined outdoor sports training facility - "Swedish Wall" and Handrail. The Swedish wall can be used both for climbing and stretching, as well as for performing various types of exercises - climbing, leg lifting and many gymnastic exercises. The handrail is a "horizontal ladder". The facility can be used by both adolescents and adults and advanced athletes. It is envisaged to install a number of Combined Street Fitness Equipment Parallel and Dials for different age categories. The facility allows trainers to do different types of exercises that can train different muscle groups. It is planned to install a number of fitness equipment for push-ups. It also envisages the installation of a number of sports equipment for balance - “steps for balance”. Allow for various exercises to improve the skills of balancing trainees. Street fitness is a modern version of the well-known exercises with leverage and parallel - buckets, hanging, leg lifting, "Tarsan" movement. Exercise training is an alternative and complements standard fitness programs, increasing strength and endurance.
