"Carpet and home textile Laundry"

This project proposal is aimed at equipping a professional washing machine for carpets and home textiles / curtains, duvets, bedspreads / on the territory of Momchilgrad. The implemented machines will have a technological sequence resembling a production line. At the entrance, the carpets go through a machine for compaction of sand and dust, the machine has its own aspiration system and does not allow dust in the workroom. The second process is machine washing of a carpet with two cycles of washing and rinsing, then the machine enters a dryer-centrifuge for carpets, reducing moisture to 95%. The last stage is combing the carpet and packing for delivery to the customer. The project will purchase an industrial washing machine and dryer with a capacity of 40 kilograms, which will be used for washing blankets, blankets, curtains and other home textiles. With this project, the applicant will modernize and increase the capacity of its productivity in offering its services. The production costs will be reduced, as in the same costs incurred so far for washing and carpet, which is pounded by hand and left to dry in a ventilated place, machine pounding, drying of the carpet and combing of the fibers will now be performed. The estimated value is to increase the production capacity for offering the service by 3 times. The air drying time of the washed carpets is eliminated, which reduces the time for performing the service and using a large storage space. The applicant will realize its investment intention in its own building, which will free up the previously used rented premises and site. The separation of the activity in its own building will contribute to the subsequent expansion of the type of services offered by the company.
