The project proposal envisages the creation of the first service auto center in the town of Zemen, which will be located on the property UPI XIV, sq. 3, designated for a warehouse with an area of 7 833 sq.m, located in the settlement of Zemen, Zemen Municipality, Pernik District. A replacement of the two outdated gas columns, shed construction and an external concrete floor is planned for the operating “Radius P” gas station, located in the property. The reconstruction of the building in the property envisages includes new windows, new doors and the separation of three distinct premises with the following purpose: 1. Tire fitting and balancing services. 2. Oil change and car maintenance 3. Storage room.
