The municipality of Lucky is located in the Western Rhodopes and consists of 9 settlements, which have a highly developed community center. The Chitalishta are not in a position to buy folk costumes on their own, which is why the Lucky Municipality has undertaken to buy folk costumes that are available to the Chitalishte groups at local, regional and country performances. Chitalishtes from the municipality are returning with certificates and awards from participating in folklore events held not only in the Plovdiv region but also in the country.The lack of appropriate costumes reduces the self-esteem of the amateurs and makes the performances incomplete by the overall, aesthetic and authentic appearance. The purchase of folk costumes is an investment with a long-term effect not only on the development of amateur activities, but also on the development of tourism, as community centers are the ones that, through various events, attract tourists and create prerequisites for their re-visit.The project envisages the production and purchase of 11 complete sets of Rhodope costume with tsarulis (10 pieces of female and 1 piece of male) and gratuitous leasing for use by the "Group for authentic folklore village of Manastir". Manufacturing, purchase and gratuitous leasing for use of 14 complete sets of female costume with the Kyustendil Sai Scorpions and 6 complete sets of male Shop Costume with Scorpions for the Orpheus Flower Flower Folk Club in the town of Lucky.
