"Construction and furnishing of a center for arts and crafts in RLE IV-632, square 44 according to the plan of the town of Valchi dol, municipality of Valchi dol"

The project envisages the construction and furnishing of an arts and crafts center. The Arts and Crafts Center is centrally located in the city of Valchi Dol, and the property in which it is to be built is located southwest. It is envisaged that the look will be in the classic "folk style". It consists of eight interconnected rooms, which together form a "L" shape. Each of the premises is intended to be a separate pavilion. In the corner part there are two toilets-one is standard (male) and the other is intended for disadvantaged people (female). The center will be a one-storey building which, in combination with the envisaged toilet for disadvantaged people, indicates that adequate access to disadvantaged persons is provided. In order to ensure the implementation of the idea of "folk style",it is envisaged that the whole facade panel is made of white color and a wooden needle-shaped blister. There will be decorative wooden frames with horizontal and vertical joints on the facade. It is also envisaged that the roof will be single-skinned, covered with bituminous tiles, which will ensure the authenticity of the performance. The interior design of the arts and crafts center includes shelves, worktops and worktops. The project also provides outdoor furniture, which consists of picnic tables with benches, stone flooring and landscaping.Everything foreseen in the project provides a remarkable authentic look to the arts and crafts center.Through the implementation of the project, the Municipality of Valchi Dol will significantly improve the appearance of the municipality and stimulate tourism. This in turn will lead to a reduction in unemployment. The effects of the implementation of the project are only positive and are not limited to the above-the implementation of the project could also contribute to the prevention of depopulation of small settlements, which is a tendency throughout the country, by stimulating the interest of the population in the local culture and folklore.
