"Construction of a recreation area in the regulated plot I-park, square 46 according to the plan of the village of Shtipsko, municipality of Valchi dol, Varna Region"

The project envisages the construction of a public recreation area, located on a part of RLE I - park, square 46 according to the plan of the village of Shtipsko. The entire park is made up of concrete laneways surrounded by green parkland. Free-standing barbecue sheds and an outdoor seating area for 70 people are planned to be built with an adjacent Information Center building. The building consists of a men's and women's changing rooms and toilets (WC) to it. The sheds are located in such a way that between them there is a green park garden for the recreation of the vacationers and their users. Five outdoor presentation booths will also be built. Access for disadvantaged people is also provided. The property is water-supplied and electrified and the wastewater will be collected in a septic tank of high quality polyethylene. The existing tree vegetation will be preserved in the park and will be further enhanced with new ones. Everything planned in the project gives a contemporary look to the existing park, making it a functional recreation area. The implementation of the project will provide a good environment for holding festivals, concerts and various types of events. On the other hand, with the built public recreation area will improve the appearance of the village and the municipality, which in turn will stimulate tourism. The effects of the implementation of the project are only positive and are not limited to the above - the implementation of the project could also contribute to the prevention of depopulation of small settlements, which is a trend throughout the country, by stimulating the interest of the population in the local culture and folklore. It will also lead to social integration and socialization of all persons, with a particular impact on the integration and socialization of disadvantaged persons.
