This project proposal represents the investment intent of GL - Architects Ltd. to develop its main commercial activity, namely services in the field of architectural design. The business plan represents a financially and economically sound investment in the creation of an architectural studio. The main objective of this investment is to create a sustainable and innovative practice in the field of design services, one of the areas in the ISIS 2014-2020 thematic area "New technologies in the creative and recreational industries", as well as new job openings. The main activities for the implementation of the project envisage the supply of equipment and software for securing the activity, and the value of the investment is estimated at 92826,54 BGN, excluding VAT. After realization of the investment, the company will develop its activity in order to satisfy the growing demand. In addition, conditions will be created for the recruitment of additional staff. As a result of the project implementation, a sustainable increase of employment in the rural area, improvement of the quality and quantity of the services provided by the company, as well as reduction of the harmful impact on the environment and improvement of the sustainability of pressure on it are expected.
