Investments in fixed assets for laundry in Gotse Delchev

DIMITAR SPIROV ltd is a company established in 1995 in the village of Koprivlen. The main activity of the company is laundry and dry cleaning. The company is 100% privately owned and has its own premises for the activities it develops. Regular customers of the company for many years are hotels, guest houses, restaurants and individuals from Gotse Delchev, Hadjidimovo and Garmen. The company has a good fleet and qualified staff to achieve the final results with success and quality. This investment project is applying for funding under the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.297 LAG - Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadjidimovo, Measure 3-6.4 "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities". DIMITAR SPIROV ltd applied for the procedure with a project for investments in the equipment of a new laundry room. For this purpose, the company has rented a suitable premises in Gotse Delchev and upon possible approval of the procedure will purchase and install new professional washing machines. The implementation of the new equipment will lead to sustainable development. Sustainable development is guaranteed in the future by increasing the market performance and strengthening the position of existing customers. The implementation of the project will lead to the improvement of the competitiveness of the company, preservation and improvement of the quality of the existing jobs and opening of new ones on the territory of the Municipality of Gotse Delchev, as a municipality from a rural area.
