Reconstruction and repair of a public building PI 38978.900.6779 under the Resort and CoR of the town of Kostinbrod in a municipal museum

The project envisages improvement of the physical environment and the quality of life in the town of Kostinbrod through reconstruction and repair of an existing building PI 38978.900.6779 under KK and KR of the town of Kostinbrod (former bath) in a municipal museum.The provision of a complex of construction and installation measures will improve the appearance of the town of Kostinbrod and will provide a modern, sustainable and modern cultural infrastructure, including safety and environmental protection, which is a prerequisite for improving the quality of life of the population and stimulating the attraction of new investments.With the reconstruction and renovation of the former bath and its transformation into a municipal museum, preconditions will be created for preserving the identity and cultural heritage of the town of Kostinbrod and the municipality as a whole.Achieving the desired state will be possible through the implementation of the following planned activities:1)Reconstruction and repair of a public building in PI 38978.900.6779 under KK and KR of the town of Kostinbrod in a municipal museum.2)Control over the construction process and acceptance of the site.3)Project organization and management.The main result of the project will be the conversion of the existing public building into a municipal museum. In general, its implementation will stimulate the development of the municipality of Kostinbrod by renovating a small-scale technical infrastructure and will be a prerequisite for new investments and preservation of local identity.The improved condition of the cultural infrastructure will provide access of the local population to services in the field of culture, education, tourism, recreation and others.In general, the socio-economic characteristics of the municipality of Kostinbrod will improve.The project will be implemented within 24 months.The implementation of the project activities will be assigned to external contractors selected under the PPA.
