Reconstruction of buildings with identifier №15285.7.120 under the plan of the village of Govedartsi for the purpose of its establishment in a Tourist Information center

The project includes the repair, equipment and furnishing of three existing buildings in the regulated land plot V-120 in quarter 49 according to the plan of Govedartsi village, Samokov municipality, as follows: - Change of purpose and repair of a two-storey building located in the northwestern part of the property in a Tourist Information center. At the first level, it is planned to separate the presentation area equipped with seating places, a multimedia presentation system with a screen and an event area, equipped with tables and chairs, and additional presentation equipment. At the partial second level, it is planned to create a work area for the center employee with a desk and a seating area for visitors. - Change of purpose and repair of a one-storey building located in the southeast part of the property in a building for ethnographic exhibition. The lobby provides for a workplace for an employee, information boards and a stand for sale of souvenirs. The separate room provides equipment for the placement of ethnographic exposition with information boards and a podium for objects. The other two transitional rooms provide for the creation of zones for thematic and presentation activities from the Revival lifestyle of the inhabitants of the region. On the semi-dug ground floor, it is planned to build storage rooms for inventory. - Change of purpose of a supplementary building located on the eastern boundary of the property - creation of a work room, sanitary unit. The project also provides for the purchase of equipment and furnishing of the buildings for the purpose of their intended use: Purchase of office equipment, computer and specialized equipment, purchase of heating equipment, information kiosk, purchase of furniture for ethnographic exposure, purchase of a stair lift device for wheelchairs
