Technological modernization for the needs of Eco Agro AD

The project is aimed at technological modernization of the farm of the agricultural producer "Eco Agro" AD by optimizing the production processes aimed at the production of fruit juices - apples, pears and cherries, which will be realized in packs of type "bag in box" of 2, 3, 5 and 10 l. Over the years, Eco Agro JSC has established itself as a reliable manufacturer of high quality manufactured and marketed products. The fruit juice market is characterized by the demand for high quality fresh fruit juices, which causes producers to invest in new capacities and better production processes. The company understands that it is impossible to maintain competitive production results without investing in technological equipment that can respond to consumer sentiment for improved quality and growth of the quantities demanded. The project proposal aims to modernize the production process by purchasing a production line, whose beneficial effect will, on the one hand, result in the assurance of first-rate quality and, on the other, in an increase in the quantity of production produced as a result of much higher processing than the size of the production. In other words, the investment intent is to increase the competitiveness of the company through optimization and restructuring, relying on lower costs for consumables and materials, high production capacity, limitation of marriage, increase in the yield of raw materials used, higher productivity and higher quality. The project investment includes: 1. Delivery of 1 pc. production line for direct juices / apples, pears and cherries / with a processing capacity of 700 kg / h. The investment will enable competitive market positions to be realized and strengthened, and hence a higher financial result.
