The project proposal is related to the main activity of the Chitalishte: the preservation of the spiritual and cultural life of the population, as well as preservation of cultural identity and traditions. Traditionally, community centers are the main place for the development of amateur art. The main interest is focused on folklore ensembles - singing and dancing for original or processed folklore. More than 200 amateurs are employed in the permanent amateur groups and groups of the community centers in the municipality of Zlataritsa.Children in dance and theater ensembles, Roma folklore are educated at the community centers, and groups for authentic folklore, old city songs, groups for folk songs give the opportunity for participation of the elderly population in the cultural life of the municipality. Chitalishte groups represent the Municipality of Zlataritsa with dignity, having performances at various international fairs and festivals and singing, fairs and festivals, from which they return with awards and diplomas for successful performance. The presentation of folklore ensembles in folk costumes and clothing is one of the requirements for participation in folklore festivals, and at the moment the Chitalishte activists and ensembles do not have such. In this regard, it is necessary to purchase the following costumes: 1. Traditional Rhodope Women's costume, richly decorated with embroidery and traditional folk embroidery and braids - 10 pcs.2. Rhodope men's costume - 2 pieces;3. Traditional Northern Women's costume - 16 piece; 4. Traditional Northern men's folk costume - 10 pieces; 5. Traditional children's northern costume - 6 pieces; 6. Shoes - women's, men's, children's- 26 pcs .;7. Stage costumes for a folk singing group:- Traditional women's scarf in red with an accent of a bouquet of flowers - 12 pcs .; - Socks in red with folklore motifs - 12 pairs; - Scarpini - women's shoes for folk dances -12 pairs.
