Carrying out of construction works on the part "Constructions" of the project "Visitor center" Voevodski Stan" in the Building Plot I-124 of quarter 4 / PI 62325.350.124 / of the village of Rayuvtsi"

This project is at the initiative of "The Covenant of the Ancestors" NGO. It is about creating a new visitor tourist center in the village of Rayuvtsi, municipality Elena, region Veliko Tarnovo, and in particular in Regulated Land I - 124, quarter 4, on which the applicant has a right of construction and right of use for a period of seven years. In accordance with its statute and the purposes for which it is registered, the association intends to create a tourist center, which is open and free of charge for all visitors and presents exhibits and tourist attractions related to the local cultural and historical heritage incl. elements that recreate local customs / lifestyle; weapons, swords and yatagans; folk costumes and traditional clothing from the time of Turkish slavery; wax figures of famous local historical figures such as the Valchan voivoda and pop Martin. In some of the halls will be screened films specially designed for the tourist center, local cultural events, talks and presentations will be organized, on the walls there will be old maps, photos, legends written about this fairytale and rich with history region, again with focus - preservation and promotion of local cultural and historical traditions and life, history. The execution of the construction and installation work for the construction of the visitor center is the subject of this project only in the part of activities under the "Construction" part. The construction works foreseen by the designers for the other parts of the projects are not the subject of this project proposal and will be implemented by the NGO with their own funds. The same applies to the necessary furnishing and equipment of the visitor center, except for the main part of the interior - the purchase of the display windows. For their financial support, the applicant submitted a project proposal under the Selection of Project Proposals Procedure № BG06RDNP001-19.328 to the LAG Elena and Zlataritsa under sub-measure 7.6.
