On the territory of Aytos municipality there are excellent opportunities for development of various types of tourism related to the presence of mineral springs, natural and archaeological sites. The favorable geographical location of the municipality (its proximity to the Black Sea coast), the combination of mountain and plain relief are another favorable condition for the development of tourism in the region. Aytos Municipality has the potential and capacity to develop as an attractive destination for active tourism in all seasons of the year. The investment proposal envisages internal reconstruction of a coffee - aperitif in the ground / first / floor of the existing administrative building №9 from the Municipal Complex "Alley of Crafts", located in PI 000783, Lesopark, the land of Aytos in the Visitor Center . The reconstruction will take place without changes in the supporting structure of the building. The project solution proposes a change in the purpose of the coffee aperitif in the Visitor Center. For this purpose the hall for clients is transformed into a multifunctional hall for cultural, social and other events. The building we have chosen for the Visitor Center is located in an extremely attractive place, visited by tourists, guests and residents of the city and municipality. It is located next to the entrance of the Slaveeva River Forest Park. An emblematic place for aitozlii, a park with beautiful nature, sports grounds, children's playgrounds and picnic areas. The implementation of the project will contribute to sustainable, integrated tourist development of the municipality, improvement and expansion of the basic infrastructure, improving the quality of the tourist offer and its establishment as a preferred destination for recreation and tourism.
