The project named "Home for old people Balchik-in a community service" intends to invest into non-agricultural activity, namely in offering a new service-"social care with accommodation for elderly persons and people with physical disabilities"-NACE.BG 8730, in the applicant's own basis , located in the city of Balchik, 25, "Albenski Pat" Str. This is practically a new service for the territory of the LAG "Balchik-General Toshevo", so far there are no other homes for old people registered. It is planned the home for the old people to be supplied with spezialized equippment for people with disabilities, with bathroom furniture; air conditioning rooms and water heating equipment from a renewable source.` The project investments will support the efforts of the appicant "Ovcharovski Plazh" JSC to prepare the capacity of the home for old people ready to provide a quality and necessary social service for the community.
