Dobrudja OOD EOOD is an enterprise established in 1992. for the production of bread and bakery products. During the years of transition, despite the often changing economic situation, the company has survived, retained its main activity and established itself as a reliable manufacturer, honest partner and employer, striving to continuously improve product quality, improve the production process and increase of production capacity. The company is a major producer of bread and snacks for the municipality of General Toshevo. It is a major supplier of bread and pasta for kindergartens and social institutions in the municipality and in implementation of a contract with the Municipality of General Toshevo distributes bread to small and remote from the municipal center villages. The type and quantity of the produced types of bread and bakery products / snacks / directly depend on the production capacity and the preferences of the consumers. For this purpose, Dobrudja OOD EOOD intends to upgrade part of the production facilities with a new kneading machine with a hydraulic lifter and a medium-temperature refrigerator. With the implementation of the project the company will reduce the time for kneading dough, as a result it will increase the daily production, will expand the range of bakery products offered and will keep the staff engaged in the production and distribution. The positive effects of the project implementation will be manifested immediately after the commissioning of the newly purchased equipment, and will generally be expressed in the following: - Increasing sales revenues as a result of increasing production capacity and improving the quality of bakery products; - Stabilization of market positions; - Preservation of the created six jobs;
